You can do both!  

You can come by the shop to see what’s in stock or call ahead to place an advanced order for pick up or delivery.

(FYI, I have been known to sell out so checking in is a good idea!)

I’m physically at my shop Wednesday - Saturday, 11am to 4pm, and *Most Sundays from 11am to 2pm.  

*I'm closed the second Sunday of every month.   

I can be closed for events, like weddings etc., so checking in helps!

I can deliver advanced or last minute orders Wednesday through Saturday from 8am to 10am.

We have the assorted sampler pre-boxed and ready to go!

 The Assorted Sampler is our most popular as it comes with six different flavors.  

One dozen comes with 2 of each flavor and the half dozen comes with one of each flavor.
We also offer a 3 pack and individual options if you would like smaller quantities. 

Yes, last minute orders are subject to availability and flavors may have substitutions.

Yes, you can order online for pickup or delivery.

$5 within a 10 mile radius of downtown Colorado Springs city center.  

Add $3 for every additional 5 miles. 

Our delivery area is Colorado Spring and surrounding areas:  

Manitou Springs, Fountain & Security Widefield, Falcon, Black Forest, Gleneagle and surrounding military base visitor’s centers.

Almost, we meet at the visitor’s center of all surrounding military bases in Colorado Springs.

Yes, we are happy to deliver outside of Colorado Springs and the surrounding areas.
Deliveries outside of our delivery area will be charged mileage to the delivery site and back to Colorado Springs as well as an hourly rate.

Yes, we offer custom orders for cheesecake cupcakes. 

Please contact us at least 5 to 7 days in advance to place your cheesecake cupcake order.

I'm happy to answer any questions you may have.

Yes, we have our standard graham cracker crust in a Gluten Free option.  

We use almond flour as our base ingredient. 

If you have nut allergies, we can discus other options.

Unfortunately, not at this time.

During our last cost evaluation, I found that my 9 inch and 6 inch cakes are not cost effective anymore.

I have phased them out until I can find an alternative size or a way to be more profitable but keep the best quality.

At this time I'm happy to offer you my award winning cheesecake cupcakes!

No, we don’t decorate our cheesecakes. 

We suggest using a cake topper as icing or fondant may condensate and make colors bleed on the cake. 

Our most popular dessert is our signature assorted sampler.  

It's a half dozen or a full dozen of our most popular flavors: 

Vanilla, Strawberry, Raspberry, Blueberry, Lemon and Chocolate Ganache swirl!

Yes, we offer seasonal Cheesecake Cupcakesthat are perfect for holidays and special occasions.  

Some seasonal flavors may be pumpkin, cranberry and peach.

Keep an eye on our social media pages and our website menu for updates on our seasonal offerings.

Not at this time, however, we are experimenting with different kinds of sugar free ingredients that might work with our recipes in the future.

No, we are not a nut-free bakery.  

Some of our desserts may contain nuts or traces of nuts.  

Please inform our staff if you have any allergies.
